A fasting timer counts hours but says nothing about them. Knowing roughly what your body is doing is what makes hour fourteen bearable — and most apps put ads or an upgrade between you and that moment.
It’s Sal turns the fast into a temperature: a dial that warms through five metabolic phases, a salamander that sleeps, wakes, runs and glows with it, and a plan built from twelve questions — in the browser, with no ads and nothing sold.
The dial
Hours since your last meal, drawn as a temperature that changes colour through five metabolic phases.
Sal the salamander
Sleeps while you digest, wakes, runs once fat burning starts and glows at ketosis.
Water, fuel and progress
A graduated cylinder for water, a macro rail for food, and a record that lights each day a fast met its goal.
A coach that reads your log
Ask Sal about your fast and it answers from your own program and log. It won’t diagnose, and won’t invent a figure.
A plan from twelve questions
An eating window, a gentle ramp, calories, macros and water, all shown before anything is saved.
Safety built in
Answers like pregnancy, insulin use or a history of eating disorders get a referral to a doctor, not a plan.

Product design
The dial, Sal and the four instruments, designed as one system.
Web app
The fasting log, the instruments and the program builder, for the browser and the phone.
AI coach
Answers grounded in each person’s own program and log.
It’s Sal is live at itssal.com, in the browser and on the phone, with no ads, nothing sold and no paywall in the middle of a fast.
